IGARSS 2004 Exhibition

IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium - IGARSS 2004 - was held at Alaska Egan Convention Center, Anchorage, USA, on September 20-24, 2004. Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) / Earth Observation Research and Application Center (EORC) participated in the symposium as an exhibitor to present activities, which include presentation of IARC/JAXA research on posters and satellite imagery contents on plasma display panel system. The exhibition site was open for three days from 21 to 23. JAXA’s exhibition was well reputed. Accumulated visitor numbers of the JAXA site were on the order of 250 for three days. Total presentations during the symposium, oral and poster numbered 1273 (est. 5/20/04, last minute withdraws or additions not counted). The number of exhibits totaled 15 from North America (11), Europe (2) and Asia (2).
