For IJIS Users
Precautions for using IJIS
Please check on the following points before you visit IARC and use IJIS. The information about hardware and software (e.g. the versions of software) is available on the "Facilities." The "News and Events" also brings you the IJIS latest information.
If you are not IJIS User but interested in using IJIS, please read the next section.
- If you would like to bring and connect your laptop or devices to the IJIS, please take adequate security measures, e.g., scanning for viruses, etc. Keeping your equipment secure is your responsibility.
- Remote access from outside of the IJIS network is prohibited.
- IJIS is administrated in conformity with the security policies of the University of Alaska and the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Please abide by these rules.
- Detail information about the IJIS system is provided by "IJIS User's Guide" after you arrive at IARC.
Cubicle reservation and application for an account
Please employ the IJIS registration web site for your cubicle reservation and application for an account. If you have any problems, please contact to the IJIS system administrators.
IJIS Users only
IJIS Users in the IARC can see this section. Authentication is required for the IJIS Users outside the IARC.
